Management
This involves the general management of the property. We oversee the general cleaning of the common areas, the gardening, general maintenance and upkeep of the properties and their facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, boreholes and generators.
In new properties we work closely with the owners or management committee to identify what needs to be done and getting the right personnel to do those things. We aim to making the running of the property routine. This brings about efficiency and in many instances reduces costs.
We also get tenants for your premises and look after their requirements during the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy we ensure that they vacate in accordance with the tenancy agreement. In many cases, tenants leave without clearing the utility bills up-to-date or they do not renovate and redecorate the premises, or do necessary repairs as required. Our job takes care of your interest in these circumstances.
Rent Collection
In addition to general property management we offer a rent collection service to the property owners who are too busy and do not have the time or who find it difficult to collect rent.
